Here at Century 21 H.J. McQuaid we offer a

Our services include:
- Researching and evaluating your property for best use and
making suggestions on pricing based on multiple scenarios of use, if
applicable. This in some cases is a bit more detailed and time consuming
than a simple market evaluation of price.
- Recommending competent surveyors, engineers and soil
scientists.
- Meeting with surveyors and engineers if needed.
- Assisting in the footwork which goes along with
subdivision if the land is to be subdivided.
- Marketing the property correctly to potential
buyers.
- Meeting with potential buyers to go over survey maps,
plans and engineering data.
The Evaluation:
Our evaluation consists of reviewing available documentation
such as assessors maps, survey maps, engineering data, FEMA flood maps, wetlands
maps, and zoning regulations to determine the property value. With all of this
information we can estimate the costs related to developing a single lot or even
a larger piece of land.
Whether it's a single lot or a larger piece of land the
development costs will ultimately determine what a buyer would be willing to
pay. The
development status plays a big part in the price you receive for your land.
